1. Our Delivery Commitment
At Comfortably Spun Records, we understand that purchasing vinyl records, particularly original pressings and collectable releases, requires confidence in how they are handled, prepared and delivered.
Every record we sell is individually inspected, professionally handled and cleaned before leaving our premises.
We take particular care when packaging records to protect both the vinyl and its sleeve during transit.
Our aim is to provide a reliable, secure and transparent delivery service to customers throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
All records are cleaned and prepared for dispatch within two working days of purchase.
This preparation period allows us to clean, dry, inspect and securely package each record before it leaves our premises.
For the purposes of this policy, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England.
Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Our normal dispatch arrangements are as follows:
Orders are dispatched no later than two working days after purchase.
Every vinyl record is cleaned before dispatch.
Records are securely packaged in protective record mailers.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are provided where the delivery service supports tracking.
If an exceptional circumstance prevents dispatch within the stated period, we will contact the customer promptly with an explanation and revised dispatch information.
3. United Kingdom Delivery
All standard UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within two to three working days after Royal Mail accepts the parcel. This is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, remote destinations or disruption to Royal Mail services.
Tracking details will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
UK delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Unless a different period is expressly agreed, we will deliver goods without undue delay and within the statutory maximum delivery period of 30 days after the contract is formed.
4. International Delivery
Comfortably Spun Records welcomes orders from customers outside the United Kingdom, subject to the availability of suitable delivery services and applicable restrictions.
International orders are normally prepared and dispatched within the same two-working-day period as UK orders.
International parcels will be sent using an appropriate postal or courier service, with tracking wherever available.
Delivery times depend on the destination, customs procedures, local postal networks and international transport arrangements.
As a general guide:
Europe: approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.
United States and Canada: approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Australia and New Zealand: approximately 7–21 working days after dispatch.
Other international destinations: delivery times vary according to location and service availability.
