Twisted Sister – We're Not Gonna Take It (1984)

USA Atlantic Records Promotional Double A-Side | SRC Pressing | VG/VG

A collectible American promotional edition of We're Not Gonna Take It, the legendary 1984 heavy metal anthem from Twisted Sister.

Taken from the band's breakthrough album Stay Hungry, this rebellious rock classic became one of the defining anthems of the eighties, propelled by Dee Snider's unmistakable vocals, powerful guitar riffs and unforgettable chorus.

This US Atlantic Records promotional release features the song on both sides of the record, making it an interesting addition for collectors of Twisted Sister, American promotional vinyl and vintage heavy metal.

Of particular interest are the SRC pressing plant logos, STERLING mastering stamps and matching ST-PR 46458-2 matrix inscriptions on both sides.

These inscriptions differ from the matrices documented for Discogs release 3031070, particularly on Side A. This copy is therefore described using its actual runout information rather than claiming an exact match to that database entry.

Promotional Release Details
